This agreement describes the terms and conditions applicable to the use of the website and account
wagering services provided by Link2Bet.com. By accessing and using our website and wagering system
you accept all of the terms and conditions contained herein. The use of this website is subject to all
applicable regulations. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions and legal notices, do not use
this website or our wagering platform.
Link2Bet reserves the right to amend or update our terms and conditions from time to time. Account
holders are encouraged to periodically review terms and conditions for updates and changes. Updated
Terms and Conditions will be notified to account holders via email.
Link2Bet provides a service of acceptance and retransmission of information assisting in the placement of
wagers at certain racetracks through its Amtote Spectrum Hub which is owned and operated by Webis
Holdings, PLC, an established publicly traded gaming company which is licensed and regulated by the Isle
of Man Gambling Supervision Commission and governed by Isle of Man Law.
New and existing account holders from the USA registered with link2bet from 1st January 2002 onwards
will be opened under the jurisdiction of the Simulcast Service Provider License from the North Dakota
Racing Commission (NDRC). All wagering and account activity from Account holders from the USA
registered with link2bet from 1st January 2002 onwards will also be conducted under the jurisdiction of
the Simulcast Service Provider License from the NDRC.
The NDRC authorizes WatchandWager.com LLC (operated by the same parent company as link2bet.com) to operate as the Service
Provider for the North Dakota Simulcast System in accordance with Chapter 53-06.2 of the North Dakota
Century Code and the Administrative Rules of the NDRC.
Accounts opened under the jurisdiction of the North Dakota Racing Commission are regulated by the North
Dakota Racing Commission.
ACCOUNT ELIGIBILITY
To establish and/or maintain a wagering account, applicants must:
- Have read and agreed to abide by all Terms and Conditions set forth by Link2Bet.
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Be resident of a country where wagering services are available.
- Provide the following personal information: full legal name, phone number, email address, residence address, date of birth, and any other information that may be required.
- Allow Link2Bet to use third party services to authenticate your account information. All information that is used to authenticate your account is kept completely confidential. Link2Bet may authenticate your information periodically until such time you notify us that you wish to close your account.
- Allow Link2Bet to open an advanced deposit wagering (ADW) account in your name and to manage funds on your behalf.
- Notify Link2Bet immediately about any changes of address.
- Refrain from wagering if you relocate to any country that does not allow pari-mutuel wagering.
- Acknowledge that Link2Bet reserves the right to report unusual or suspicious activity to the proper authorities.
- No members are accepted from the following countries: Australia, USA, Belgium, France, Greece, Hong Kong, Israel, Netherlands, Netherlands Antilles, Nigeria, Peru, Poland, Singapore, Spain, Turkey and United Kingdom.
- Internet Pari-Mutuel Wagering may be illegal in the jurisdiction in which you are located.
- It is the account holder's responsibility to know the gambling laws in his/her country.
Only one account per verified person will be allowed. Link2Bet reserves the right to reject any application
for an account for any reason that it deems necessary. Link2Bet also reserves the right to close an
account for any reason it deems necessary. Upon closing an account, all funds in your account (less any
un-wagered promotional money) will be returned to the account holder via bank wire transfer.
Accounts that are dormant for a period of time will remain open until notification has been received from the
customer whose name the account is under.
At the discretion of the operator, accounts that have had no activity for at least 12 months, may be charged an administrative fee of $5 per annum. Should the account remain dormant for a period of greater than 3 years, the account will be considered to be abandoned and the operator may retain these funds.
IDENTITY VERIFICATION
Under certain circumstances we may require verification of identity and/or address in order for us to
comply with the terms of our Gambling License or for additional verification of your details. The following
describes the acceptable documents:
- A copy of your current unexpired passport or full driver’s license.
- A copy of a utility bill as proof of address. This must be less than six (6) months old; gas, electric, or bank statement will suffice. Cell phone and cable/internet bills are NOT accepted. Please note that scanned digital images work best. We can receive faxed copies, but due to low quality this can lead to delays in the verification of your details.
We may be required to conduct identity checks pursuant to applicable anti-money laundering regulations
and rules or other obligations. To this end we reserve the right to seek such other information as
we might require in order to confirm your identity and compliance with these Terms of Use and any other
applicable rules, laws or regulations.
A Link2Bet account is for the personal use of the registered account holder only and is not transferable.
Link2Bet reserves the right to void any wager if there is reason to believe that someone other than the
registered account holder placed a wager on the Link2Bet's wagering system.
WAGERING
Account holders may place wagers through the website. Link2Bet
players may use the following phone number to check on account status and cancel wagers at any time
between the hours of 12pm EST and 10pm EST (5pm BST and 3am BST) seven days a week:

All telephone calls are recorded for training and quality purposes.
Link2Bet employs strict privacy and protection methods to ensure the highest level of wagering security
and integrity. Link2Bet accounts may only be accessed by the registered account holder using their
unique, valid login information (username, password, etc.). Account holders will be asked to verify their
identity when calling our customer telephone lines.
The maximum wagering amount allowed is $2,500 (US) per transaction. These wagering amounts are
also dependent upon the racetrack and Link2Bet rules. All wagers are commingled with the wagering
pools at the host racetrack and will be subject to all host racetrack rules and restrictions. In the case of
multiple wagers such as a daily double or exacta box, the base wager is multiplied by the number of
combinations to determine the amount of the total wager. Wagers will only be accepted that do not
exceed the current balance of the players’ respective wagering account. All approved wagers will be
withdrawn from the account holders wagering account prior to the submission of the wager. Winning
wagers will be credited to the account holder’s Link2Bet account upon posting of the official results by the
respective host racetrack.
The amount wagered must be available in the account holder’s account. Link2Bet does not extend credit.
Link2Bet reserves the right to refuse any wagering transaction for any reason. Any and all wagers placed
from non-wagering jurisdictions will not be accepted.
Under certain circumstances Link2Bet may operate separate wagering pools from the host racetrack.
Separate pools will be subject to rules and regulations of the applicable jurisdiction authority.
All wagers are considered final when a confirmation is received from our totalizator service provider and
your wager is commingled with the host pool. If for some reason, we are unable to commingle your wager
with the host racetracks wagering pool, your wager will be refunded to your account. This includes any
reason that the information may have been unable to transmit to the race track including, but not limited
to, mechanical, communication complications, tote and/or human error or other failure, no wager will have
been placed (or deemed to have been placed) on behalf of the account holder at the racetrack the full
wagered amount will be refunded to your account.
Under no circumstances will Link2Bet “book” the wager, or otherwise be held responsible for the
information not transmitted to, received by, or otherwise accepted by the racetrack.
Requested wagers that are unsuccessful, ineffective or non-permissible for any reason (including any and
all track errors, tote malfunction, communication failures etc.) will be canceled and the full wagered
amount will be refunded to your account.
To ensure accuracy, all telephone conversations through the Call Centre are recorded
and confidentially stored. All calls will be stored for a maximum period of 30 days after the call took place.
Link2bet is not liable in the event of any call disputes after this 30-day period.
MULTIPLE “OFFICIAL” PRICES POSTED: In the event that more than one set of official prices are posted on
the same event, (as a result of a miscalculation of payouts by the racetrack, an error by the state judges,
or any other reason), Link2Bet will ascertain the final “official” prices from the racetrack and will make any
adjustments to its account holders accounts necessary to correct any incorrect debits or credits made by
Link2Bet and/or the tote provider as a result of receiving the non-final “official” prices.
CANCELLATIONS: You may cancel wagers by calling toll free on +1 888 535 6786
Use of the Link2Bet cancellation feature is subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Account holders may request to cancel up to a maximum of five (5) wagers per day and twenty-five (25) wagers per month. In addition, a maximum wager amount of $1000 per bet(s) is permitted for wager cancellations.
- Link2Bet may refuse to accept a wager cancellation request for any reason.
- Link2Bet may refuse to permit wager cancellations from any account holder for any reason.
- Link2Bet does not guarantee the cancellation of a wager or the availability of the wager cancellation feature.
- Betting pools that have already been closed will NOT be eligible for wager cancellation.
Cancellations that, in the opinion of Link2Bet management, may cause substantial altering of odds, prices or betting totals will be denied.
RESERVE RUNNERS: Greyhound names, where shown in published race card form guides, are displayed
for information only. In the event of a reserve greyhound running, all wagers will stand on the selected
trap number, or numbers, when you select and place your wager. If a reserve runner is not declared and
the trap is vacant, all wagers placed on this trap will be void and stakes returned.
MINIMUM DIVIDENDS: In circumstances when a selected runner(s) return a minimum dividend or return
on any bet type or any track that link2bet offers for wagering, link2bet will not pay any rebate,
promotional cash back, or other promotional monies based on wagering volume. Link2bet reserves the
right to withhold any rebate, promotional cash back, or other promotional monies based on wagering
volume, on bets placed on selections(s) returning the minimum dividend, and in certain circumstances
bets placed on any selections in that race.
For the privacy and protection of account holdersLink2Bet will not disclose any information regarding an
account holder's wagering activity unless required by law.
DEPOSITS
All deposits MUST be made from a bank account in the name
of the Link2Bet account holder. Link2Bet does not accept funds from a third party. We reserve the right to
reverse/refund any deposit that has not been made by the account holder.
You can opt to have deposit limits increased or decreased by contacting customer service on +1 888 535 6786.
Deposits can be made via bank wire transfer; a $200 minimum transfer amount is advised as Link2Bet do
not cover any bank charges for this transaction. Wire transfers will be funded to a player's account upon
receipt of funds by Link2Bet from the issuing bank.
Any fees incurred by Link2Bet to process and receive the wire transfer may be charged to the account
holder by having funds deducted from the player's Link2Bet account. If you would like to fund your

Link2Bet may require further account holder identification as per banking transfer rules and regulations.
In the event of any deposit to your account being returned, refused or reversed, Link2Bet will deduct the
balance from your wagering account and may suspend your account. We reserve the right to impose such
conditions and restrictions as we may determine in our sole discretion prior to re-opening your Account.
Where necessary, Link2Bet may start collection procedures including, but not limited to, employing
collection agencies and credit reporting agencies in an effort to collect any fees, charges or expenses
incurred due to dishonored financial transactions from the responsible account holder. Online gambling
debts are enforceable in law in the Isle of Man
As required by our anti-money laundering obligations and/or as part of our policy with regard to the
source of funds placed on deposit, we reserve the right to raise queries regarding the source of any funds
placed on deposit. Link2bet may, acting reasonably, suspend or terminate any Account where the
response to such query/queries is not in its view satisfactory and/or may pass on such information as it
deems necessary to any relevant authority
WITHDRAWALS
Withdrawals will ONLY be issued to a bank account in the Link2Bet named account holder.
Withdrawal requests will normally be processed within one (1) business day after receipt of the withdrawal
request. Please be aware that it may take up to five (5) business days depending upon your location for
the funds to be available in your bank account. This does not include weekends and public holidays.
Typically, no withdrawal will be processed unless deposited funds have cleared and been verified by our
financial institution. Funds must be available in the Link2Bet account. Deposits and/or any promotional
funds must be wagered in their entirety prior to being withdrawn. *The exception to this rule is if the
customer is requesting to close their link2bet account. In this case, a withdrawal of deposited funds only
will be authorized and any promotional funds credits as a result of any deposit will be forfeit.
Withdrawals will normally always be processed in USD. Should a customer wish for the withdrawal to be
processed in a different currency, they should contact customer services in writing at
support@link2bet.com. In this instance, while Link2Bet will make all reasonable efforts to obtain the best
exchange rate available with its banking partners, Link2Bet accepts no liability for transactions that are
processed at rates inferior to the current XE rate.
International withdrawals will be processed in the currency that the customer has been wagering in,
deemed the "Currency of Content". For example purposes; a withdrawal following wagering on UK racing
will be processed in GBP, French wagering in Euro and Hong Kong wagering in HKD. Should a customer
require a withdrawal in a currency other than the "Currency of Content", Link2Bet will make all reasonable
efforts to obtain the best exchange rate available with its banking partners. Link2Bet accepts no liability
for transactions that are processed at rates inferior to the current XE rate. Where relevant, Link2Bet will notify the
customer of all bank transaction charges incurred in the withdrawal and this sum will be deducted from
the original withdrawal request.

6786. Withdrawal requests can only be made by the account holder and upon verification of the account
holder’s identity.
OFFERS AND PROMOTIONS
You may be eligible to receive offers and/or promotions from us. Your eligibility for and the amount of
these offers and promotions shall be subject to our discretion and may be based upon factors such as your
location of residency, age, wagering activity and preferences, participation in bonus programs and other
factors. All offers and promotions are non-transferable. Information regarding offers or promotions
posted on our site and promotional SMS or emails sent out do not guarantee these offers or promotions
will be available to all customers. Before receiving an offer or promotion, each customer account is
subject to review in order to confirm that the customer is in fact eligible to receive the offer or promotion.
Resident’s location, account status, and other criteria that Link2Bet establishes will be taken into account
and verified in order to determine if your account qualifies for an offer or promotion.
If you ever receive an offer or promotion that you did not wish to receive or have applicable to you, please
contact Link2Bet Customer Service before placing any bets or using funds from your Link2Bet account
received as a result of such an offer or promotion. Once the funds have been used, partially or in full, you
automatically agree to the restrictions involved with said offer or promotion.
In case your account is not reflecting an offer or promotion you believe that you are entitled to receive,
please contact Link2Bet customer service as soon as possible. Certain offers and promotions are time
sensitive and expire. Link2Bet is under no obligation to honor expired offers or other promotions
regardless of deposit history.
Bonus funds are not eligible for withdrawal. Cancelled wagers and wagers that trigger a minimum dividend
pool will not be considered when verifying withdrawals of bonuses or associated deposits used to claim
bonuses.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Link2Bet, its suppliers, distributors, contractors,
subcontractors and its affiliates and related entities and their respective directors, officers, employees,
and agents, from and against all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and costs (included but not limited to
reasonable attorneys’ fees and court costs), arising out of or relating to your breach of these Procedures,
Terms and Conditions. The foregoing indemnification obligation shall survive termination of these
Procedures, Terms and Conditions and your purchase of any product or service provided to you by
Link2Bet, its suppliers, distributors, contractors, subcontractors and its affiliates.
WARRANTIES
To the full extent permissible by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express, implied, or statutory,
including, but not limited to, implied warranties or merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
NOTICE OF UNLAWFUL OR PROHIBITED USE
All account holders hereby agree to use these Services in recognition of all laws, statutes and regulations, any deviation of which is grounds for immediate account closure and
subject to civil and/or criminal liability.
In addition, any and all activity that Link2Bet may reasonably believe to be fraudulent, deceptive, or
unlawful, shall be reported to the appropriate law enforcement authorities and prosecuted to the full
extent of the law.
As a condition of using our services, you warrant to Link2Bet that you will not use the Link2Bet website for
any purpose that is prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. You may not use the Link2Bet
website in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, or impair Link2Bet. Any conduct that
restricts or limits any other user's use or enjoyment of the website will not be tolerated. You may not
obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made
available or provided for through the Link2Bet website. Any material which is unlawful, threatening,
defamatory, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, obscene or otherwise objectionable, or which
encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, gives rise to civil liability or otherwise
violates any law, shall not be transmitted to the website. You specifically acknowledge that Link2Bet is not
liable for the defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of other users or third parties and that the risk of

PROTECTING YOUR PRIVACY
Protecting your privacy, along with financial transactions, is an essential aspect of Link2Bet’s business
model. Link2Bet does not sell, trade, or rent your information to others. Link2Bet takes strong
precautions to protect your data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration, or
destruction. The Company reserves the right to make available your information to group members and
affiliates where such group members are 100% owned by the company and where affiliates are 25% or
more owned by it or members of the group. Only those employees who are necessary to the client

The Link2Bet wagering system protects your account from unauthorised access, giving you added peace of

Customers also have the option to self-exclude from our website. Once self-exclusion has been requested,
your account will be closed permanently with no option to re-open.

RETURN OF FUNDS UPON SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION
Either we or you may suspend or terminate your account at any time, either with or without cause, upon
notice (we will endeavor to give such notice to you either before or after suspending or terminating your
account). Please contact support@link2bet.com if you would like to close your account.
Following termination or suspension of your account, we will, in the normal course of events, return any
funds in your account to you. However, we reserve the right to withhold the funds in your account from
you pending the determination of any investigation (including any relevant external investigation) where:
we suspect you have acted in breach of these Terms and Conditions or any other agreement relevant to
your activities on our site, including where we suspect the account has been linked with fraudulent or
dishonest activity; and/or we have to withhold the funds in your account by law or to comply with any
advice, request or instruction from any governmental, regulatory or enforcement authority.
In addition, if formally requested by the police, gambling regulators, taxation or other authorities or in the
event that you fail to provide us with sufficient information to identify yourself in accordance with our own
internal procedures or those imposed on us by regulatory authorities (wherever based) we may suspend
your account and all functionality relating to the use of your account, and to withhold from you any funds
in your account pending determination of any criminal or other legal proceedings or investigation to which
such a request may relate or until you provide information as appropriate.
LIABILITY LIMITATIONS
Although Link2Bet diligently updates all track and wagering information periodically, in no way shall
Link2Bet be liable for damages whether direct, indirect, incidental, exemplary, punitive, special or
consequential, including, but not limited to loss of revenue, anticipated profits or other economic loss,
whether foreseeable or not, in connection with or arising out of the availability, existence, furnishing or
functioning of any services or information provided, including but not limited to omission or misstatements
of track program, past performances and late changes of race information.
Link2Bet shall not be liable for any loss or damage, delay in performance or nonperformance caused by
equipment malfunction or breakdown, information unavailability, strikes or other labor disputes, or riots,
fire, insurrection, war, failure of carriers, the elements, accidents, acts of God, or any other causes beyond
Link2Bet’s control whether or not similar to the foregoing.
The data that we (or any of our information suppliers) provide or compile generally is accurate, however
occasionally errors and omissions do occur as a result of incorrect data received from others, mistakes in
processing and other causes. Link2Bet along with our data providers and suppliers, disclaim responsibility
for the consequences, if any, of such errors and omissions, however notification of these errors would be
greatly appreciated.
DISPUTES / COMPLAINTS
Our aim is to offer you the greatest customer experience possible, we want to hear from you so we can
improve our services.
If you are not happy with the service provided you can contact us via Phone Call or Email. We will
investigate and aim to reach a resolution in the first instance. A response will be sent to you within 24
hours.
If no resolution can be reached and you wish to have a second opinion, your dispute will be escalated to
our Customer Service Management Team along with any supporting information/evidence. The
management team will respond within 24 hours.
If you are still not satisfied, you may refer the dispute to the Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission
(IOM GSC). The IOM GSC’s decision will be final (save in respect of any manifest error) subject to full
representation being given to all parties involved.
OTHER
Account wagering rules, policies, terms, conditions and procedures are subject to change at any time.
